Danger warning

EL DORADO COUNTY sheriff's Sgt. Bernie Morton speaks with a group of five young people (and their families) from San Ramon and Los Angeles, ages, 14 to 20, who were thrown off their inner tubes and swept downriver near Henningsen-Lotus Park on Saturday. One of the teens was wearing a life jacket sized for a 3-year-old. A rescue team was called outm but the teens had made it to shore on their own.
