Joe lived in Ohio and Tennessee with his wife Esther Wilson for 27 years. Esther had been his childhood sweetheart and the two met up later in life. At this time Joe became step-father to Esther's three children and their spouses. Joy and Dick Conley, Ted and Natalie Peters and Bill and Shirley Kittle. He also enjoyed the love of 7 grand children, Kristen, Matthew, Heather, Jeremy, Jenna, Michael, Daniel and their spouses. He also enjoyed his great grandchildren Hannah and Heather Huskey, Henry and Diana Moseley, Hannah,Luke and Jaxon Jenkins. His life was full and rich with family until he lost his loving wife in 2008. We all understood why he needed to move back to California to be with his other family, but we all missed him very much. He is sadly missed in Tennessee and Ohio.
