Abbie Gillespie

Z Group Real Estate is very pleased to welcome Abbie Gillespie as a new sales  associate. She fell in love with El Dorado County while visiting in 1999, and within months moved here with her husband and two children. Gillespie has been a Realtor since 2004.

Gillespie moved back and forth between California and Colorado while growing up.  Before moving to El Dorado County, she worked under USAF contracts for Rockwell International as an aircraft mechanic on the B-1 Bomber, and for Northrop-Grumman as a senior engineering planner on the B-2 Bomber.

A busy person, Gillespie is an avid gardener with a passion for Bonsai. Most recently she was accepted into the University of California Master Gardeners Program. After completing the program she will have many opportunities to give back to the community through various workshops, doing something she truly enjoys.

In Gillespie’s mind, one of the great benefits of living in El Dorado County is the gorgeous lakes, including Jenkinson Reservoir (or Sly Park Lake as some call it) which is just minutes from her home. She recently took up kayaking, and spreads the joy of that hobby to clients, friends and co-workers.

Gillespie strives to form lasting relationships with her clients by staying in contact, even after transactions are complete. She has strong ethical values and a huge desire to grow and learn everything there is to know about the real estate industry.

With this in mind, Z Group Real Estate looks forward to a long-lasting working relationship with her.
