The MRP certification, administered by the National Association of Realtors, is designed for real estate professionals who want to help military personnel and veterans find housing solutions that best meet their needs and allow them to take full advantage of their military benefits.
When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables can make the transfer easier, faster and less stressful. By completing the MRP certification, Monforte has learned to help simplify the process for active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans.
“Homeownership is an important part of the fabric of America and having a stable home environment is vital when men and women of the military are called away to serve their country,” said Katie Minor, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s El Dorado Hills office. “Ariana has honed her knowledge and skills for working with military buyers and sellers to ensure that homeownership remains affordable and accessible. I’m proud that she will be incorporating the MRP education into her business to better serve her military clients.”
Monforte herself has personal experience on the issue. Her husband is in the military and the couple has moved many times before finally settling in El Dorado County in 2009. She has taken advantage of the stability by becoming involved in the community through local schools and sports.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in El Dorado Hills is located at 4370 Town Center Blvd., Suite 270, and can be reached at 916-933-1155. Monforte (CalBRE No. 01865586) may be reached directly at [email protected].
