SACRAMENTO — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, recently announced that 12 of its top-producing Sacramento-Tahoe area sales associates and teams have ranked in the top 1 percent of the company’s agents in Northern California for 2013 sales.

Earning the coveted honor were the team of Christy Curtis, Jane Sheppard and Crew, the Sharp Team, the Val Videgain Team and the John Biebl and Jeremy Schneir Team in the Truckee Tahoe Donner office; The Bishop Group in the Roseville office; Patricia Seide in the El Dorado Hills office; The Pennisi Group and Richard Landrey in the Elk Grove office; Carlos Kozlowski and John Gudebski in the Sacramento Sierra Oaks office; Rich Cazneaux and Sue Olson in the Sacramento Metro office.

In achieving the top 1 percent level, the agents outpaced more than 3,900 sales associates in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices from Lake Tahoe to the Monterey Peninsula.

“Our Sacramento and Tahoe area offices are filled with some of the most talented, dedicated and hard working real estate professionals in Northern California,” said Kris Vogt, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  “These 12 agents and teams have risen to the top of a highly competitive real estate market, and we’re proud to have them on our team.  I congratulate them on this well-deserved honor.”

In addition to ranking in the top 1 percent, the agents will proudly carry the title of Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier or Premier Team – the highest honors within the organization.
