Robert Leach, criminal investigator in the Real Estate Fraud Division, will address what the DA’s Office is encountering with respect to mortgage and real estate fraud in El Dorado County. Leach has been investigating many cases in El Dorado County and said with some prior training and communication, homeowners could have been spared hundreds of thousands of dollars. This will also be an opportunity for EDCAR membership to give the District Attorney’s Office some feedback on what they have encountered.
The seminar is schedules from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 25, at the Cameron Park Community Center. If your office would like to consider sponsoring this Education Event, access a sponsorship form online at edcar.org. There will be no charge to EDCAR members for this event, but an RSVP is required.
