POLLOCK PINES — Mike TerMaat, local real estate agent for Realty World Platinum, received the 2012 Platinum Award at Realty World Platinum’s annual dinner and awards ceremony.
This prodigious award is not only for 2012 production in listings and sales, but includes aspects like risk management, ethics and also recognizes consistency, attitude and commitment to service. The Platinum Award is only given to one agent annually and agents from all Realty World Platinum offices — Bay Area, Sacramento and El Dorado Counties are considered.
TerMaat was speechless when it was announced that he was the recipient of the 2012 Platinum Award. He said he thinks all the agents working with Realty World Platinum are dedicated and the most professional agents he has worked with in his 14 years as a Realtor.
He also thanks all the buyers and sellers he worked with in 2012 for helping make this achievement possible.
