RE/MAX Gold would like to welcome back Oasis Meggers, its newest agent to rejoin RE/MAX Gold.
“I started at RE/MAX Gold as the front office receptionist in the Cameron Park office shortly before I was a licensed Realtor. I had already had a previous background in real estate, having worked as the assistant to Jim Aldrich for nearly three years,” Meggers said. “I’ve taken some detours, but I’m so happy and blessed to have found my way back to RE/MAX — RE/MAX Gold a fabulous company.”
“It is such a pleasure to welcome Oasis back to her RE/MAX Gold family,” said Kiri Keefer, RE/MAX Gold manager of the Placerville office. “Her warm and caring personality coupled with the utmost in service she provides her clients is what makes her such a great success!“
Previously with Allison James Estates & Homes, Meggers rejoined RE/MAX Gold in the new Placerville office, 87 Fair Lane. Licensed in 2001, Meggers’ focus is primarily on residential buyers and sellers (first-time, move up, new construction and custom homes) in Placer and El Dorado counties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Placer County Association of Realtors, El Dorado County Association of Realtors and the Sacramento Association of Realtors.
Meggers is a personable, hands-on Realtor who grew up in the Placerville area and now lives in El Dorado Hills with her husband and two young sons. Her first client was her father, a local general building contractor.
“I grew up understanding the volatile nature of real estate,” she explained. “Because of my past experience in real estate and construction, I look at real estate from a different mindset and I have a good eye for property.”
Having grown up in the area, Meggers hits the ground running.
“I know the area; I have family, friends of all age groups, and church. Life has given me a fabulous, instantaneous contact list.” Meggers said.
The Meggers’ are active in sports including Little League baseball, soccer, golf and karate. As the manager’s wife, Oasis volunteers as team mom on her sons’ teams. She said she enjoys meeting people and the relationships that ensue, as much as she enjoys watching her boys play.
