Standard Pacific Homes debuted Villagio — a gated collection of homes nestled within the master-planned community of Promontory in El Dorado Hills. The community offers a hilltop setting above Folsom’s Empire Ranch Golf Club.

Villagio at The Promontory showcases Standard Pacific Homes’ all-new architectural concepts through a collection of four brand new, two-story home designs that meld old-world charm with modern elegance.

These new home designs feature large-scale open spaces, including gourmet kitchens that flow into expansive great rooms. Meticulous design details such as landing areas near the entry for enhanced home organization and covered outdoor patios with access to the garage for furry family members, make the homes both beautiful and functional. Taking cues from hospitality, the master retreats feature oversized bedrooms with adjoining spa-like master baths that boast dual vanities, a soaking tub and an expansive walk-in closet.

Priced from the high $400,000s, the two-story homes within Villagio at The Promontory range in size from 2,226 to 2,683 square feet of elegant living space. These homes feature up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Home shoppers will be greeted with a choice of four exterior styles including Cottage, Italian, Monterey and Santa Barbara elevations.

“Villagio at The Promontory offers home shoppers all-new home designs within a stunning location,” said Jon Nicholson, Sacramento president of Standard Pacific Homes. “The master-planned community of Promontory is unlike any other with its mature trees, neighborhood parks and close proximity to Folsom Lake.”

The community is just a short drive to premier shopping, dining, entertainment and recreational opportunities and residents will also enjoy close proximity to local El Dorado County award-winning wineries and the fruit orchards, breweries and tree farms of Apple Hill.
