Stanford Mortgage will welcome new leadership to the team, as William Tarter has come aboard as the general manager.

Tarter has prior experience in managing companies for more than 10 years with great success. His work history includes Tri-Mountain Real Estate, business development with Homes.com, vice president of Sales and Customer Service for Z57 Internet Solutions and with WaterMark Capital as a self-employed mortgage banker. Tarter brings a wealth of knowledge in the lending world and looks to mold Stanford Mortgage into a highly successful mortgage company by emphasizing the strengths of the company while instilling a positive and fun culture.

About The Select Group
Select Group Real Estate Services began in 1980 when Daniel Jacuzzi purchased his first real estate office in Yuba City. The organization is now home to six companies with 60 offices throughout Northern California, Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada. Over the past three decades, Select Group Real Estate Services has grown by leaps-and-bounds, even during industry downturns. The Select Group is the largest locally owned real estate company in Northern California and Northern Nevada.

About Stanford Mortgage
Stanford Mortgage began with three loan officers in 1982. A lot has changed in the past 30 years. Today we have grown to nine offices throughout Northern California and recently expanded into Northern Nevada with plans to continue its growth.

In 2010, Stanford Mortgage collaborated with Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. This powerful combination provides Stanford Mortgage with the abilities to be both a Mortgage Banker while retaining its Mortgage Broker capabilities. This authority provides many more financing options, whether your needs are conventional, government, jumbo, or even an exotic loan program, we will be able to help.
