Tee off for a cause

Registration is now open for the El Dorado County Association of Realtors Golf Tournament on Sept. 17, 2012, at the Cameron Park Country Club.

The fundraiser tournament benefits New Morning Shelter, El Dorado High School music programs and Habitat for Humanity.

The event begins with brunch and then the 10 a.m. shotgun start. When players finish their 18 holes they will enjoy a happy hour with friends followed by entertainment, dinner, raffles and awards.

Cost is $135 per person or $540 per team of four golfers (includes reserved table at dinner). A $50 deposit is required per player. Send checks to EDCAR at P.O. Box 627, Shingle Springs 95682 or pay online at edcar.org.
