People wandering past the Allison James Estates & Homes might get startled when they hear a voice from above.
This isn’t a higher power, just a unique way to advertise real estate.
The Allison James team recently installed Window Vision — an interactive screen outside the office that allows passersby to research a home, a real estate agent and commercial partners. Window Vision also has a built in mortgage calculator … just punch in the rates posted on the next window over.
“This is unique to us,” said Realtor Sam Longwell. “We have the only one in the area.”
If the browser finds something they like they can e-mail the information to their home, office or smartphone right from the smartphone-looking Window Vision unit.
