YCH is seeking a highly motivated, organized, customer service oriented individual to coordinate a variety of activities designed to promote the socio-economic advancement and well being of YCH residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Resident Opportunity Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program; will serve as the liaison with community agencies on program issues, and provide mediation and support services to residents. Candidates must be capable of managing multiple projects, have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as good computer skills. Bilingual Russian or Spanish preferred. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency and 4+ years of combined education and related experience in social service or program administration required. Starting wage is $20.05 per hour, 32 hrs/wk + benefit package.
