Scorpio Moon Night

Have the languid days of summer outworn their welcome? They stretch on so endlessly that one yearns for the cover of night. Well, the longest days are over, and the few moments added to this night will seem like a treat under the Scorpio moon of mystery and intrigue. The night beholds us with an enticing, hard-to-read look. What is she up to?

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You’re a hard worker, but hard work isn’t always required. Awareness will be more important than elbow grease now. You don’t even have to search for what you want. It will be presented. Trust that life is on your side.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You surround yourself with people who have an interesting point of view. You don’t mind differences. In fact, you enjoy surprising social contrasts and clashes.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). When you had the time, it was fun to amble along, taking detours here and there, but now you know what you need, and you have to get to the point quickly. Your innate sixth sense will guide you in the right direction.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You will use your gift for emotional healing. As in physical healing, the process is slow and happens at a microscopic level. Time and scar tissue will be the proof that it’s real.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Relationships will be tricky for you now, and much will depend on your approach. Like magnets, there’s a side that can’t be pushed together and another side that can’t be pulled apart.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). What seems like a valuable opportunity is sometimes a false situation. You’ll go carefully forward, checking facts, prodding for signs of integrity. The real deal will come along once you’ve weeded out the not so real deals.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You will not take detours, nor will you speed. You prefer the direct and patient route. You’ll get there more quickly and with less drama than those who tried to beat the system.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You are happiest by yourself today. It’s an excellent sign that all is well inside of your head and being. Wrapped in a project, your strong interest in what you’re doing will be excellent company, too.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). You’ll be remarkably adept in a social scenario. Can a person be too charming for their own good? It depends on how much it bothers you to have to evade unwanted attention.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Some people’s lives are like movies with complicated plots. Today your movie will have more style than thrills, more nuance than action. This is the kind of beautiful arrangement that is appreciated mostly by the elite.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Your professional efforts don’t need to be too forceful. You want to succeed, and you don’t want anyone to think you’re not trying. But this requires more savvy and finesse than power.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You may be confounded by the way things play out. After all the abstract thinking and dealing in illusions and/or disillusionment, it will be nice to return to where things are exactly the way they seem to be.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY (June 21). Isn’t it fun when life gives you more than the basics, betters the luxuries and then tops it off by challenging your whole notion of what is possible? That’s what happens this year. All you’re trying to do is the right thing, and this leads to ever better circumstances. Financing comes through in July. Family expands in August. Libra and Scorpio people adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 7, 32, 14, 39 and 20.

WEEKEND LOVE FORECAST: ARIES: You’re an accomplished flirt, and you’ll work your magic just for fun. TAURUS: The idea of a relationship may be better than the actuality of it right now. Work things through. You still have a chance. GEMINI: The better you feel in your own skin the more fun you’ll have with another person. CANCER: People may say strange things, but you won’t take them too literally. As a result, you’ll understand what they mean, know the emotional truth and experience real connection. LEO: To really love someone, you have to love how they think, too. VIRGO: Some things in life are a mad dash to the finish line, but in love you like to take your time. LIBRA: Attitudes and tastes are contagious, so you’ll choose your company carefully. SCORPIO: What you know about a loved one will be challenged, bringing you to deeper understanding. SAGITTARIUS: The mingling of intellect you have with someone is as important to you as other parts of the relationship. CAPRICORN: You’ll let the other person have their way and enjoy the ride. AQUARIUS: Too much responsibility is bad for relationships. Unburden yourself. PISCES: Usually, you like people with similar social attitudes and aesthetic tastes, but someone different will intrigue you now.

COUPLE OF THE WEEKEND: Sagittarius and Cancer appeal to each other because they are so different. Even their symbols seem opposite: Cancer’s circles orbiting in on each other, and Sagittarius’ arrow shooting out and up. Sagittarius wants to see the world; Cancer suggests the Travel Channel from the comfort of the living room sofa. It takes compromise to build a life together. This weekend they are willing to try.
