The story also states that Skeel wasn’t given a copy of his three-month review. Gertsch again clarified that Skeel was handed a copy of the review, which contained mostly negative feedback, but returned it with a sarcastic comment.
Skeel stated that Skeel delivered a “packet” of information to the board, and that Gertsch said he never received it. Gertsch that he did receive information from Skeel, but it was “extremely basic,” and contained “no specific goals or strong ideas for goals, only items he wanted to accomplish.”
The story indicates that Skeel canceled Assistant General Manager Sandi Kukkola’s previously scheduled vacation. Board Vice President Noelle Mattock indicates that the vacation was actually Human Resources Manager Tracy Lynn Lowry’s.
