An article published on Sept. 13, “Not on my street, please” stated that Frank Kopita had heard that students at Ponderosa High School were told at an assembly to report persons taking photographs of them so that a harassment suit could be filed. Mr. Kopita has since apologized to Ponderosa Principal Lisa Garrett for this accusation, which was based on inaccurate information from a student at the assembly.
