April 19

1:55 a.m. A male subject was arrested on Merrychase Drive in Cameron Park for alleged drug-related charges.

11:51 a.m. A husband and wife got into a verbal argument on Meyers Court in Somerset. During the argument, the husband, Benjamin Morris, 34, allegedly spun his tires in gravel, throwing rocks at the wife’s 67-year-old father’s truck. The truck’s window was allegedly broken from the flying rocks and the paint was chipped.

3:07 p.m. A burglary was reported on Sammy Court in Rescue.

3:32 p.m. 
Cohabitants were allegedly involved in an altercation on Patterson Drive in Diamond Springs that resulted in an alleged assault with visible injuries.

8:51 p.m. Melanie Simpson, 53, was arrested on 8th Avenue in Tahoma for alleged domestic violence.

April 20

1:14 a.m. Grand theft of a vehicle was reported on Creekside Court in Shingle Springs.

4:30 a.m.
 An adult male was arrested on White Rock Road in El Dorado Hills for allegedly intentionally displaying a false license plate and registration sticker on his vehicle. He was also charged with alleged possession of marijuana.

11:54 a.m. A vehicle was burglarized on Mormon Emigrant Trail in the national forest and a purse was stolen.

1:44 p.m. A 51-year-old female victim reported her horse fencing was stolen from her yard on Tupelo Trail in Greenwood at an unknown time.

7:02 p.m. A 27-year-old female was the victim of burglary on Gateway Drive in Cameron Park.

8:59 p.m. A vehicle was contacted for driving off road in a prohibited area on Barbara Avenue in Mont Meadows. The driver was arrested for furnishing marijuana to two passengers. Teresa Shogren, 18, a passenger, was cited for alleged possession of marijuana.

April 21

1:35 a.m. Roger Jessen, 20, alleged impeded an investigation on Park Woods Drive in Pollock Pines and allegedly resisted numerous orders by law enforcement. The subject was also allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

1:48 a.m. David Martinez, 52, was arrested on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs for alleged possession of methamphetamine.

8:57 a.m. A 27-year-old female victim reported a burglary on Dusty Lane in Oak Hill.

9:17 a.m. A 26-year-old male victim reported vandalism and burglary to two vehicles on Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills.

9:25 a.m. A firearm was stolen from an unlocked hunting cabin near Omo Ranch.

11:03 a.m. A 22-year-old male victim reported petty theft on Lime Kiln Road in Diamond Springs.

11:48 a.m. A 47-year-old male reported an accidental shooting on Chaparral Drive in Pleasant Valley.

11:55 a.m. Petty theft was reported on Sorney Loop Road in Rescue.

12:58 p.m. A 58-year-old male victim in Cool reported his vehicle had been loaned to his ex-wife. The ex-wife died and the victim now wanted the vehicle back, but was denied. A suspect allegedly attempted to put the vehicle in her name.
