Crime Log — Aug. 18-20

Aug. 18

3:30 p.m. A female subject reported an argument with her boyfriend on Mother Lode Drive in Diamond Springs.

6:30 a.m. A 19-year-old male subject was stopped for suspected DUI on Highway 50 in Shingle Springs. The DUI was unfounded but an investigation revealed the driver was allegedly unlicensed. He was cited and released.

10:09 a.m. A subject was found to allegedly be in possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, in South Lake Tahoe.

11:00 a.m. A verbal dispute took place between a dating couple who have a child in common and live together on Texerna Court in Placerville.

8:23 p.m. A traffic stop for an alleged moving violation resulted in the arrest of the driver, a 37-year-old male, by the CHP for an alleged DUI on Highway 49 in Placerville. The passenger in the vehicle was also arrested by CHP.

10:15 p.m. A 51-year-old male victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole his service canine on Wood Duck Way in Mount Aukum.

11:56 p.m. Ryan Marino, 29, was arrested for alleged transportation and possession for sale of methamphetamine on Hank Monk Avenue in Mont Meadows.

Aug. 19

11:05 a.m. An 18-year-old male suspect stole $50 in gasoline on Highway 50 in Meyers. Prior to completing report, the suspect’s mother paid for the fuel.

12:50 p.m. A vessel operator allegedly sprayed deputies on personal watercrafts and then negotiated between a personal watercraft and a tuber near Green Valley Road in Cameron Park. The subject was stopped for reckless operations, identified as Odai Elayyvan, 23, cited and released.

5:19 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report of a vehicle burglary on Lotus Road in Lotus. The female victim, 47, had already left the area and requested a telephone call from deputies. Deputies completed an information report with no suspect information.

5:46 p.m. A female juvenile runaway, 15, was returned to the custody of her mother on Pima Street in Tahoe Paradise.

Aug. 20

2:53 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a vandalism call on Durock Road in Cameron Park. Deputies investigated the scene and later documented the incident. Deputies forwarded the report to detectives.

3:00 a.m. The reporting party reported that his vehicle was stolen from his residence on Manchester Drive in El Dorado Hills. The vehicle was entered into the missing vehicle system as a stolen vehicle. A report was taken and forwarded to investigations for review.

8:30 a.m. Information was taken on a case regarding a possible embezzled vehicle from Riverwood Drive in Coloma.

9:00 a.m. A 25-year-old female victim reported petty theft by unknown suspect(s) on Kubel Avenue in South Lake Tahoe.

9:15 a.m. A 52-year-old female victim reported petty theft by unknown suspect(s) on Salmon Falls Cutoff Road in Pilot Hill.

9:50 a.m. A 21-year-old female victim reported vandalism by unknown suspect(s) on Lotus Road in Lotus.

10:00 a.m. A 31-year-old male victim reported grand theft by unknown suspect(s) on Julie Lane in South Lake Tahoe.

10:24 a.m. The reporting party called made a report of cultivation of marijuana in Oak Hill.

4:33 p.m. Deputies responded to an alleged domestic violence report on Hillock Drive in Rescue. The incident involved a married couple. The female, Kimberlee Lucas, 45, was deemed to be the primary aggressor and was subsequently arrested.

8:30 p.m. A male subject was involved in a verbal argument with his wife on Service Drive in Diamond Springs. The subject left the residence and was contacted by deputies. It was determined the subject, identified as Thomas East Jr., 52, was allegedly intoxicated and unable to care for himself and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

8:30 p.m. A husband, 42, reported he and his wife, 37, allegedly had an altercation on American River Trail in Cool during which the wife grabbed a kitchen knife. The husband took the knife away and restrained the wife. She was contacted after she had fallen into a blackberry bush outside. She was arrested for alleged public intoxication.

10:00 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a verbal argument on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs. Two subjects, Randa Martin, 27, and Matthew Myers, 25, were subsequently arrested for alleged drug related charges.
