8:10 a.m. The reporting party reported a burglary by unknown suspect(s) on Kingvale Road in El Dorado.
8:47 a.m. The father of the female victim, 38, took a vehicle he previously owned and gave as gift to his daughter, the victim, two to three years ago. The father said he would return vehicle to the victim in Mount Aukum on Aug. 28 and the victim requested that no further assistance would be needed if the vehicle is returned.
10:35 a.m. The reporting party reported vandalism to county property by unknown suspect(s) on Country Club Drive in Cameron Park.
10:50 a.m. A 32-year-old female victim reported petty theft from an unlocked vehicle by unknown suspect(s) on Amethyst Drive in Cameron Park.
1:45 p.m. A 70-year-old male victim reported grand theft by unknown suspect(s) on Loggers Hollow Road in Mount Aukum.
2:30 p.m. A door was forced open causing no permanent damage on Embarcadero Drive in El Dorado Hills. No property was taken.
2:42 p.m. A crime report was taken regarding an attempted residential burglary. On Pendleton Drive in El Dorado Hills. The victim gave possible suspect descriptions.

7:20 a.m. A victim reported petty theft by possible known suspect(s) on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs.
9:30 a.m. A report was taken for a found purse on Highway 49 in Coloma. The purse was later booked into EDSO property for safekeeping.
10:26 a.m. A jogger found bag with miscellaneous drug paraphernalia along Loch Way in El Dorado Hills. The paraphernalia was booked for destruction.
11:59 a.m. A 17-year-old female juvenile suspect allegedly admitted to possessing hypodermic needles containing liquid heroin on Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills. A consent search of her belongings allegedly revealed a usable amount of a tar substance, which tested presumptive positive for tar heroin. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked.
1:08 p.m. A 17-year-old male student and juvenile county probationer allegedly disrupted school functions with unruly behavior on Green Valley Road in Placerville.
8:02 p.m. A vehicle was detained for allegedly having the front driver and passenger side windows tinted on Airport Road in South Lake Tahoe. The driver of the vehicle was found to allegedly be operating the vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The driver, Peter Gazdik, 57, was subsequently placed under arrest.
8:07 p.m. An inmate, Milo Saulter, 29, was allegedly found in possession of marijuana while in the county jail.
8:30 p.m. An unknown male brandished a firearm at a park on Merrychase Drive in Cameron Park. No arrests were made.
9:07 p.m. An 18-year-old female received threatening online exploitation in El Dorado Hills.
