Dec. 26

4:20 p.m. A male subject on Sly Park Road in Pleasant Valley allegedly punched his mother, 54, in the face. He was cited and released on a citizen’s arrest for alleged battery.

Dec. 27

10:10 a.m. A 24-year-old female victim allegedly reported that her husband assaulted her on Arches Avenue in El Dorado Hills.

10:17 a.m. A 69-year-old male victim reported grand theft from an unlocked vehicle on Pineoakyo Road in Rescue by unknown suspect(s).

10:45 a.m. Two suspects were allegedly seen stealing mail from various mailboxes off of the Lunamen Road area in Rescue. During the investigation one suspect was allegedly found in possession of items connecting him to a nearby burglary and vehicle theft incident. Two subjects were arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property and narcotics.

1:56 p.m. A male subject reported theft of medications from a mailbox on Yosemite Lane in El Dorado Hills.

5:30 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) forced open the front door of a residence on Nadowa Street in Meyers and ransacked the home. Several items were taken. Latent prints were lifted and photos were taken.

6:31 p.m. A county jail inmate, Sean Donovan, 32, was arrested for allegedly damaging jail property.

8:00 p.m. A female subject was arrested on Highway 50 in Shingle Springs for alleged possession of methamphetamine and displaying false registration information on her vehicle to avoid paying fees.

9:44 p.m. An adult male was stopped on Mother Lode Drive in Diamond Springs for an alleged traffic violation and was allegedly found to be driving without a valid license. He was also allegedly found to be in possession and transporting controlled substances. The adult male was subsequently arrested for the violations.

Dec. 28

12:35 a.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 50 in Shingle Springs for multiple alleged vehicle code violations. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During an inventory search, narcotics and paraphernalia were allegedly located inside the vehicle. The driver, David Gibbany, 42, was arrested and transported to the county jail without incident.

1:30 a.m. A second-degree robbery was reported on Ellinghouse Road in Cool.

2:45 a.m. A female subject was arrested on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs for alleged domestic violence.

1:34 p.m. A battery was reported on Forni Court in El Dorado.

3:44 p.m. A male subject reported that several subjects inside a vehicle had followed him from Woodland to El Dorado Hills. Deputies contacted the male, who was on parole, and determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Anthony Hernandez, 25, was subsequently arrested.

7:56 p.m. A male subject was arrested on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs for alleged possession of a controlled substance and driving without a driver’s license.

11:37 p.m. A burglary was reported on Lakehills Court in El Dorado Hills.

Dec. 29

1:14 a.m. 
An adult male was contacted on Renaissance Way in El Dorado Hills and allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a controlled substance. Christopher Nestor, 18, was subsequently arrested.
