Crime log: Feb. 1-3

Feb. 1

2:45 a.m. A sheriff’s sergeant cited an allegedly unlicensed driver, Tupou Tuipuloto, 28, on Highway 50 in Shingle Springs.

7:20 a.m. A 35-year-old female victim reported petty theft due to internet scam in Cameron Park.

7:30 a.m. A 64-year-old male victim reported attempted vehicle burglary by unknown suspect(s) on White Rock Road in El Dorado Hills.

7:40 a.m. A victim reported vandalism to school property by unknown suspect(s) on Wentworth Springs Road in Georgetown.

9:36 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) stole a brake pedal off a 50-year-old male victim’s Harley Davidson on Clark Street in Georgetown. The victim sustained a financial loss of approximately $200. This report is for documentation only.

10:47 a.m.
 Unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the 65-year-old male victim’s residence on Stacy Lane in Pollock Pines and took various items.

12:35 p.m. A 71-year-old male victim reported petty theft on Sand Ridge Road in Gold Beach.

2:06 p.m. A male and female with a prior dating relationship and children together allegedly got into a physical altercation on Coon Hollow Road in Placerville.

2:50 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of stolen power tools from a residence on China Camp Drive in Oak Hill.

4:00 p.m. A 22-year-old female reported being struck in her face by her ex-boyfriend on Highway 50 in El Dorado Hills. The alleged strike caused her to bleed and have lasting pain/discomfort. The male, William Richardson, 44, was later located and arrested for the assault.

Feb. 2

4:58 p.m. 
A female juvenile reported a man drove up on Rising Hills Road in Placerville. Regarding her missing dog, he told her to “Come with me.” The juvenile thought the man was trying to get her to go into his vehicle and she ran back home. The male was later contacted and an information report was taken.

7:23 p.m. An 22-year-old female on Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills reported unknown suspect(s) entered her residence without using force and took items. A report was taken for the incident.

8:43 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Silva Valley Parkway in El Dorado Hills and arrested James Bickley, 20, for allegedly participating in an illegal street race.

10:47 p.m. A 35-year-old male subject allegedly exhibited unusual and aggressive behavior towards patrons of Red Hawk Casino in Shingle Springs and was allegedly determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The place of business placed a citizen’s arrest for causing a disturbance. The subject was cited on suspicion of unreasonable noise and released from the scene.

11:00 p.m. Deputies completed a traffic stop on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs. An occupant of the vehicle, Kimberly Richie, 46, was arrested for outstanding warrants and alleged possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Feb. 3

2:00 a.m. A 22-year-old male reported that between approximately 2:00 a.m. hours and 8:00 a.m., a vehicle was burglarized in on Turner Circle in Cameron Park. There was no suspect information

2:55 a.m. Deputies contacted a 52-year-old male subject regarding possible use of a controlled substance on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs. A meth pipe was allegedly located inside his vehicle. The subject was cited and released.

11:31 a.m.
 Several syringes and a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation jumpsuit were located when investigating a petty theft on North Street in Pollock Pines.

12:16 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a residence on Mosquito Road in Mosquito.

12:35 p.m.
 A subject reported a possible burglary to a home on Toronto Road in Cameron Park.

5:51 p.m. Property was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Pine Cone Drive in Pollock Pines.

9:55 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Silva Valley Parkway in El Dorado Hills and allegedly found the driver’s license to be suspended. Saxon Elkins, 18, was arrested for the alleged violation and booked into the county jail.
