Feb. 18

7:53 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) damaged a vacant residence on String Canyon Road in Grizzly Flat. Repairs are estimated at $350.

11:30 a.m. 
Hot water heaters were stolen from an unlocked exterior storage area on Quest Court in Shingle Springs.

7:18 p.m. Unknown suspects used a crow bar and pried open a side door to a residence on Inagahee Road in Pollock Pines. Suspects ransacked the residence and stole personal property from inside the residence and fled in an unknown direction.

7:40 p.m. Narcotics were located inside of a business on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs. At the time of the incident, no suspects were identified or located.

8:39 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a possession of a controlled substance call. Deputies cited two suspects, two 17-year-old female juveniles, for alleged possession of marijuana on Sparrow Lane in Shingle Springs. The report was forwarded to juvenile probation.

Feb. 19

12:00 a.m.
 A female subject, 31, of El Dorado Hills, allegedly received harassing phone calls from her boyfriend.

8:12 a.m. Deputies dispatched to a possible embezzled vehicle report at a residence on Product Drive in Shingle Springs. It 
was determined the vehicle was allegedly embezzled by the 32-year-old female victim’s boyfriend, 32. The vehicle information was submitted to records and entered into the stolen vehicle system.

Feb. 20

2:00 a.m. A 21-year-old female victim reported someone had cut open the convertible top of her car in the middle of the night on Manning Drive in El Dorado Hills. An item was stolen from inside the vehicle.

3:02 p.m. 
Unknown suspect(s) took the 14-year-old male victim’s cell phone while he played basketball on Post Court in El Dorado Hills.

Feb. 22

7:12 a.m. The subject reported that a wallet was stolen from inside his residence on Brisbane Circle in El Dorado Hills. He suspected a solicitor who had recently been inside.

7:20 a.m. Based on shoe print evidence, two suspects trespassed onto the Cool quarry property by cutting through the west side perimeter fence using bolt cutters. Suspects entered one of the facility buildings and stole items of property valued over $3,000.

9:06 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) entered the 16-year-old male victim’s unlocked vehicle on Augustus Place in El Dorado Hills and stole property. Using the garage door remote, the suspect(s) opened the victim’s garage door and presumably entered the residence.

10:04 a.m.  Unknown suspect(s) entered the 67-year-old male victim’s unlocked vehicle on Augustus Place and stole a firearm and a GPS device.

11:30 a.m. Unknown subjects(s) entered a vehicle through an unlocked door on Beechwood Drive in El Dorado Hills and took coins from the center console. The vehicle was parked in the victims’ driveway.

12:14 p.m. During daytime hours a 17-year-old male juvenile allegedly vandalized property on Greenwood Road in Garden Valley and was allegedly involved in a physical altercation. No prosecution was desired

12:39 p.m. Unknown subject(s) forced entry into the 46-year-old victim’s vehicle in Marina Park Drive in El Dorado Hills, parked on his driveway. Power tools were taken and there are no suspect leads at this time.

1:20 p.m. A traffic stop was made for various alleged vehicle code violations on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs. A sheriff K-9 was deployed for a narcotics search. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed crystal methamphetamine and marijuana. The driver, Christina West, 31, was booked and the case forwarded to the DA.

3:04 p.m. Unknown subject(s) forced entry into the victim’s residence on Tam O Shanter Drive in El Dorado Hills. A laptop and jewelry were taken. There are no suspect leads.

10:20 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) sent victim lewd text messages and a pornographic image to the 16-year-old female victim in Garden Valley. Case closed pending further contact with victim.

Feb. 23

12:16 a.m. Albert Ramos, 62, was placed under citizen’s arrest at a hotel after allegedly disturbing the peace on Greenleaf Drive in Diamond Springs. A subsequent search allegedly revealed the suspect was in possession of prescription medications which did not belong to him.

9:18 a.m. The victims reported that someone had written a threatening message on their driveway with chalk on Stockwood Way in El Dorado Hills.

1:49 p.m. A male subject was allegedly caught stealing alcohol from a grocery store on Park Drive in El Dorado Hills. Blake Clark, 22, was subsequently arrested for theft-related charges as well as outstanding warrants.

3:50 p.m. Between 6:30 a.m. and about 3:50 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a residence on Cold Springs Road in Coloma through an unlocked window and stolen several pieces of jewelry and other miscellaneous items.

7:25 p.m. A female suspect, Jolene Schroeder, 29, was arrested for allegedly being drunk in public and shoplifting liquor from a store on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines.

Feb. 24

12:07 a.m. A suspect was observed driving on Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe and was consensually contacted once the vehicle was parked. The suspect, Rogelio Cortez, 20, allegedly did not possess a valid driver’s license and was cited and released at the scene.

1:40 a.m. A male subject who had several active felony warrants allegedly resisted arrest by deputies on Agate Court in Pollock Pines. An EDSO canine was used to take the suspect, Bryan Santana, 35, into custody.

6:45 a.m. A physical altercation allegedly occurred between a dating couple on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines. The suspect, a 29-year-old male, was not contacted.

7:28 a.m. The victim reported that someone spray painted graffiti on an airplane and hangar located at his residence on Boeing Road in Cameron Park.

11:50 a.m. A female subject, Jolene Schroeder, 29, was arrested for alleged public intoxication and petty theft on Forebay Road in Pollock Pines.

12:00 p.m. A theft investigation revealed a 17-year-old male juvenile was allegedly in possession of stolen property on Merriam Lane in El Dorado Hills and allegedly admitted to stealing property from unlocked vehicles in the neighborhood. The juvenile was booked into juvenile hall and the case forwarded to the DA.

1:30 p.m. Vandalism to vehicle was reported on Sanders Drive in Pollock Pines.

2:10 p.m. Kenneth Krohn, 29, was arrested for alleged theft from a business on Coach Lane in Cameron Park.

6:02 p.m. A male suspect returned home on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines after an alleged prior domestic violence incident earlier in the day and allegedly forcibly stole money from the 23-year-old femle victim’s person before leaving the residence. The suspect, Matthew Zarrillo, 29, was located and arrested.
