Crime Log: Jan. 16-19

Jan. 16

3:45 a.m. Stephanie Ashton, 23, was arrested on Mother Lode Drive in Diamond Springs for alleged domestic violence.

11:18 a.m. 
Unknown suspect(s) attempted entry into a residence on Hensley Circle in El Dorado Hills while the victim was home.

12:19 p.m. An assault with a deadly weapon was reported on Edward Beale Road in Georgetown.

2:06 p.m.
 Ronnie Gionta, 21, was arrested on Tahoe Keys Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe for a local warrant, alleged possession of a meth pipe and bringing a controlled substance into a jail.

5:58 p.m. Narcotics detectives allegedly witnessed a hand-to-hand narcotics transaction on Mosquito Road in Mosquito. Alexander Netto, 28, was contacted and allegedly 
admitted to purchasing $50 of heroin from a known suspect. He was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin, a spoon and a needle. The suspect’s 3-year-old son was in the vehicle with the suspect at the time of the transaction.

7:36 p.m. A husband and wife, 30, had an argument on Pony Express Trail in Camino. During the argument, the husband allegedly pulled his wife’s hair.
 The wife felt pain at the time but it did not cause injury or sustained pain. The husband was arrested for alleged domestic battery.

Jan. 17

12:14 p.m. A suspect and 56-year-old male victim got into a verbal argument on Pleasant Valley Road in Pleasant Valley. The suspect allegedly attempted to strike the victim several times. During the altercation the victim tripped over a loading ramp and injured his hip.

1:20 p.m. An unconfirmed suspect allegedly stole a 60-year-old male victim’s dog from El Dorado. The dog was returned to animal control in Amador County and retrieved by the owner.

4:16 p.m. Robert Nattrass, 23, was allegedly caught shoplifting from business on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs by a loss prevention associate and discovered to be on formal probation with an active felony warrant for his arrest.

9:03 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated violent female on Halyard Lane in Diamond Spring. Deputies allegedly determined the female had battered her boyfriend leaving significant visible injuries.

Jan. 18

12:16 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) convinced an 88-year-old Cameron Park woman, under false pretenses, to send $2,916 to unknown parties via Western Union.

8:40 p.m. A female subject was contacted during a welfare check on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs. The subject was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance.

9:15 p.m. A 23-year-old female allegedly struck her 32-year-old boyfriend with a Febreze bottle causing a cut to his forehead on Monte Vista Way in Cedar Grove. The female further bit the male, causing an injury.

Jan. 19

12:07 a.m. Raquel Torres, 25, and Reza Salehi, 38, were arrested on Coach Lane in Cameron Park for several alleged drug-related charges.

1:27 a.m. A traffic stop was conducted on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines for an alleged vehicle code violation. An inventory search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a black backpack containing paperwork for the subject. Also inside the backpack was a white crystal substance, which later allegedly tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine was found. Jeffrey Brown, 51, was arrested and booked into the county jail.
