Crime Log: Jan. 19-22

Jan. 19

2:32 p.m. A suspect was wanted by the South Lake Tahoe Police Department for numerous crimes committed at the South Lake Tahoe Airport. When contact was attempted, the suspect allegedly fled. After a foot pursuit and search, the suspect was taken into custody on Susquehanna Drive in Meyers.

7:58 p.m. Two males engaged in a verbal dispute regarding a bicycle on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs. During the dispute the suspect allegedly brandished a knife. The suspect then stabbed the victim in the abdomen with the knife. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Jan. 20

9:00 a.m. 
A burglary to a residence was reported on Carson Road in Camino.

1:20 p.m. Between 3 p.m. on Jan. 17 and 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, unknown suspect(s) entered a fenced yard of a business on Green Valley Road in Cameron Park and stole approximately $1,400 in copper wire.

2:47 p.m. A 69-year-old female reported someone came inside of her residence on Lumpy Lane in Oak Hill and stole items from her bedroom.

4:40 p.m. A 20-year-old female reported a burglary to her vehicle on Green Valley Road in Cameron Park. Deputies documented the incident.

5:02 p.m. A male and female were arrested on Coach Lane in Cameron Park for several alleged drug-related charges during a probation search.

6:51 p.m. 
Deputies responded to a report of a battery on Meadow Croft Lane in Pilot Hill. A male subject was taken into custody.

Jan. 21

9:00 a.m. A juvenile was issued a citation for alleged possession of marijuana on school grounds on Amber Trail in Pollock Pines.
10:17 a.m. An 18-year-old male victim reported grand theft due to internet scam in Shingle Springs.

10:20 a.m.
 A 45-year-old male victim reported a vehicle burglary on Cambridge Road in Cameron Park by unknown suspect(s). Documentation report only.

10:59 a.m. A 16-year-old female juvenile was arrested on Oakvale Drive in El Dorado and booked at juvenile hall after allegedly pushing her 44-year-old mother and threatening to poison her.

11:00 a.m.
 While driving in a vehicle on Ponderosa Road in Shingle Springs, an unknown suspect allegedly pointed a firearm at a victim exiting a parked car.

3:15 p.m. Shelli Ross, 44, was cited for allegedly stealing from Walmart in Diamond Springs.

3:32 p.m.
 Unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a 37-year-old female victim’s purse on Mother Lode Drive in Diamond Springs.

4:30 p.m. 
A subject was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamines and a methamphetamine pipe on Pony Express Trail in Cedar Grove. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the county jail.

10:16 p.m.
 Medical aid was escalated to a possible battery on Latham Lane in El Dorado Hills. An investigation determined the battery to be unfounded.

Jan. 22

6:56 a.m. An unknown male subject was found in the 46-year-old male victim’s vehicle on Christa Court in Cameron Park. The victim remotely started their vehicle and walked into his residence for a moment and when he walked back out, a male was in the driver’s seat. The driver fled the area.

7:32 a.m. A 60-year-old male victim reported petty theft on Green Valley Road in Rescue by unknown suspect(s).

7:39 a.m. 
A 45-year-old female victim reported petty theft on Toronto Road in Cameron Park by unknown suspect(s).

9:35 a.m. A suspect was arrested on Buckhorn Lane in Rescue for allegedly pulling his wife’s hair
