Crime log: Jan. 2-5

Jan. 2

3:44 a.m. Jeffrey Kirsten, 57, was arrested for suspected domestic violence-related crimes on 2nd Avenue in Tahoma.

11:11 a.m. An unknown suspect fraudulently obtained credit cards with a 73-year-old victim’s personal information on Friedman Lane in Rescue.

1:00 p.m.
 A victim reported petty theft by unknown suspect(s) on Knollwood Court in Cameron Park.

Jan. 4

6:50 a.m. A 43-year-old female victim reported grand theft by possible known suspect(s) on Plateau Circle in Cameron Park.

7:17 a.m. A report was made regarding a theft from an unlocked airplane on Boeing Road in Cameron Park. Suspect(s) are unknown.

8:52 a.m. 
A suspect was allegedly driving on suspended driver license on Highway 50 in Shingle Springs. The suspect, Kimberli Gage, 46, was subsequently arrested and transported to jail.

9:30 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) stole items from an unlocked vehicle on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines. Deputies located a footprint and a folder of documents left at the scene. The report was forwarded to EDSO detectives for further investigation.

12:25 p.m. A 33-year-old male victim reported vehicle burglary by unknown suspect(s) on Calaveras Drive in El Dorado Hills.

12:35 p.m.
 A 28-year-old female victim reported petty theft from a vehicle on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs.

2:58 p.m. Deputies responded to a business on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs for a petty theft report. A citation was issued to suspect, Lauren Werner, 18.

8:13 p.m. A report was made in South Lake Tahoe that the restrained party in a restraining order believes the protected parties are harassing him.

8:43 p.m. An adult female, identified as Alexandria Kern, 18, allegedly took a bottle of alcohol from a business and was detained by loss prevention personnel on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs. She was subsequently cited and released.

Jan. 5

11:15 a.m. A 43-year-old female resident of Diamond Springs awoke to find the window of her car smashed and a purse left in the car missing. No suspects have been identified.

1:41 p.m.
 Neighbors on Boeing Road in Cameron Park allegedly became involved in a verbal and physical altercation over present and past animosities. No prosecution was desired by either party.
