July 25

7:22 a.m. 
Paul Berry, 51, was arrested on Prairie Falcon Court in Bass Lake for an alleged assault on his wife after pushing her to the ground and causing serious injury.

9:12 p.m. 
Deputies responded to a report of battery on Greenstone Court in El Dorado. It was determined the incident was domestic violence and Susan Inns, 57, was arrested on charges of alleged domestic battery.

10:40 p.m. Wendi Powers, 26, was arrested on Placerville Drive in Placerville for allegedly driving without a license.

July 26

12:00 a.m. Michael Davis, 51, allegedly brandished and threatened a victim with a baseball bat on La Cresecnta Drive in Cameron Park. The victim feared for his safety and requested prosecution.

9:44 a.m. A subject was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance following a probation search of her residence on Friedman Court in Rescue. The subject was booked into jail.

10:03 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to an alleged in-progress domestic violence incident on Gerry’s Dream Lane in Pleasant Valley. Sam Carter, 33, was subsequently arrested.

2:36 p.m. Nathaniel Houston, 39, was arrested on Main Street in Placerville for various alleged drug offenses and driving on a suspended license.

4:51 p.m. Richard Sukhu, 43, was allegedly banned for seven days from Red Hawk Casino and returned two days after he was banned. He was arrested for alleged trespassing.

6:19 p.m. A boyfriend and girlfriend were in a verbal argument on Green Valley Road in Diamond Springs. The male, Dustin Eastus, 21, was arrested for outstanding warrants and allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance.

July 27

12:58 a.m. Contact was made on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs with a subject who consented to a search of her backpack that was allegedly found to contain a useable amount of a crystal-like substance. The substance tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Allegedly, the subject willfully resisted attempts to effect an arrest and was eventually arrested.

July 28

2:55 a.m. Audrey Daffron, 24, was placed under arrest on Service Court in Diamond Springs for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance.

8:15 a.m. Charles Matista, 48, was arrested for allegedly trespassing on Bucks Bar Court in Pleasant Valley.

10:58 a.m. A 61-year-old male victim was allegedly struck with a car by an ex-business partner on Windplay Drive in El Dorado Hills. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest form and the suspect was cited and released.

7:50 p.m. Natalie Neilsen, 33, was arrested for alleged trespassing on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs.

7:59 p.m. Irene Beaver, 54, was arrested for allegedly obstructing officers while attempting to serve an arrest warrant on Alder Drive in Cedar Grove.
