Crime Log — July 27-30

July 27

12:24 a.m. A married couple of nine years had a verbal argument on Ritz Road in Pollock Pines.

1:00 a.m. A male subject was contacted walking on El Dorado Hills Boulevard in El Dorado Hills and was allegedly found to be unable to care for himself. The subject, Jonathon Bremer, 29, was subsequently released at the jail.

2:30 a.m. A 16-year-old male juvenile left his home on Pinon Road in Rescue after an argument and has not returned. The juvenile was entered as a runaway.

6:15 a.m. A 47-year-old male victim reported grand theft by unknown suspect(s) on Park Drive in El Dorado Hills.

6:45 a.m. A 38-year-old female victim reported grand theft by possible known suspect(s) on Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills.

7:00 a.m. A 53-year-old female victim reported petty theft and unauthorized use of a credit card by unknown suspect(s) on Pineoakyo Court in Rescue.

8:30 a.m. A yard sculpture was taken from the female victim’s yard on Camino Heights Drive in Camino.

1:30 p.m. A victim reported vandalism on Stage Court in Diamond Springs by unknown suspect(s).

1:51 p.m. A female, 27, with a valid restraining order reported that the male, 39, restrained party entered a business that she was in by happenstance on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs. The subject then proceeded to engage the victim and her child, both of whom are protected parties, in conversation. The male then left the store and returned a second and third time.

3:10 p.m.
 A report was made of a telephone money scam in El Dorado Hills. An unknown and uncooperative suspect called the victim over 50 times in one day advising that money was owed to him.

3:25 p.m. A 26-year-old female was cited for excessive boat speed in Emerald Bay.

4:44 p.m. An unknown suspect impersonated the female victim, 15, via a Website posting in Camino.

9:44 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operating with allegedly false registration stickers on Highway 50 in Shingle Springs. Deputies subsequently arrested the suspect, Timothy Fichtner, 47.

July 28

12:40 a.m.
 An engaged couple argued over money and relationship issues on Misery Lane in Pollock Pines.

1:08 a.m. A traffic stop on vehicle for an alleged equipment violation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Jaime Avalos, 22, for allegedly driving on a suspended driver’s license on Placerville Drive in Placerville.

1:30 a.m. David McCoy, 52, was detained for allegedly running a stop sign and later determined to allegedly be driving under the influence of alcohol by CHP and was subsequently arrested on Bucks Bar Road in Somerset.

1:55 a.m. An ex-dating couple had verbal dispute on Olson Lane in El Dorado Hills.

10:17 a.m. Search and rescue volunteers were dispatched to assist on a medical aid where CPR was in progress in woods near Pinewood Road in Christmas Valley.

11:53 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) took two propane tanks from a travel trailer located on the 79-year-old male victim’s property on Red Hook Trail in Pollock Pines.

1:09 p.m. Marshall Baldwin, 22, allegedly stole items from a business on Coach Lane in Cameron Park and was subsequently arrested.

1:22 p.m. A 27-year-old male subject was contacted during a traffic stop on Mother Lode Drive in Shingle Springs and found to allegedly be an outlaw motorcycle gang member.

4:20 p.m. A male subject was contacted during a traffic enforcement stop on Kimberly Lane in Pollock Pines. The subject, Timothy Wallace, 47, was later found to allegedly be under the influence of a controlled substance and was subsequently arrested.

8:17 p.m. A report was taken regarding a verbal dispute between husband and wife on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs.

July 29

1:20 a.m. A husband and wife had an argument on Lakeridge Oaks Drive in El Dorado Hills. Both parties were separated and there was no violence.

1:45 a.m. A juvenile male, 17, was cited for possession of marijuana on Forebay Road in Pollock Pines.

2:01 a.m. A dating couple got into a verbal argument on Carson Road in Camino.

2:21 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a residential burglary on Powers Drive in El Dorado Hills. Deputies interviewed the victims and investigated the scene. The incident was documented and forwarded to detectives for information.

2:53 a.m.
 A report was made of a DUI turnover to CHP in which a male suspect, Michael Meth, 33, was taken into custody near Cameron Park for alleged DUI.

9:00 a.m. A verbal dispute between a dating couple who are also expecting their first child took place on Adobe Trail in Placerville.

6:05 p.m. A male juvenile was injured while in his father’s care on Roxana Street in Placerville. The juvenile’s mother alleges the child, 3, was abused by his father, 38. The case was forwarded to Child Protective Services.

6:23 p.m. Reed Rios, 22, was arrested for alleged public intoxication on Birmingham Court in El Dorado Hills.

9:30 p.m. A verbal dispute occurred between a husband and wife on Andler Road in Placerville.

9:33 p.m. A dating couple got into a verbal dispute on La Crescenta Drive in Cameron Park.

10:06 p.m. 
Deputies were dispatched to a verbal dispute involving no physical altercation on Crestline Court in El Dorado Hills.

10:55 p.m. A dating couple was involved in a verbal dispute on Blair Road in Pollock Pines.

July 30

9:25 a.m. 
A 34-year-old male suspect violated a restraining order by calling the male victim, 52, of Sand Ridge, several times and leaving messages.

9:54 a.m. A male victim reported a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle on Pioneer Trail in South Lake Tahoe.

10:15 a.m. A 22-year-old male victim reported a vehicle burglary on Lotus Road in Gold Hill by unknown suspect(s).

10:27 a.m. The male victim, 25, reported that a male co-worker, 50, assaulted him while at work on Post Street in El Dorado Hills

10:30 a.m.
 The reporting party reported grand theft by unknown suspect(s) on Graceland Place in Pilot Hill.

11:00 a.m. A burglary to a residence on Deer Canyon Court in Mosquito was reported.

1:24 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to annoying phone calls report on Garden Park Drive in Garden Valley.

2:15 p.m.
 A verbal dispute between a dating couple who have a child in common was reported on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs.

4:01 p.m. 
Search and Rescue responded to an injured hiker at Lover’s Leap climbing wall in Strawberry.

4:09 p.m. Victim reported a domestic violence incident that occurred three days prior on La Crescenta Drive in Cameron Park. Involved parties were contacted and the case forwarded to the district attorney’s office for review.

6:23 p.m.
 Search and Rescue volunteers responded to assist with rescue and recovery of an injured canine at Horse Tail Falls in Twin Bridges.

6:30 p.m. A female adult was contacted in the Georgetown park on Harkness Street and was found to have outstanding warrants. The female, Paula Randle, 47, was found to allegedly be in possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested for the violation.

7:28 p.m. 
A subject reported a possible court order violation on La Canada Drive in Cameron Park. The charge was determined to be unfounded.
