Crime Log — June 26-27

June 26

1:27 a.m. 
 Deputies responded to 5th Avenue in Tahoma area regarding a domestic violence incident. A male was contacted and the female was not contacted or located in the area. No crime has been confirmed.

4:28 a.m. 
Two male subjects, Torgom Manukyan, 37, and Pavel Ivanyuk, 29, and a female subject, Jody Lopes, 40, were arrested for allegedly being in possession of drug paraphernalia on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs.

5:32 a.m. The reporting party reported being pushed against a car during an argument with her husband on Oak Street in Pollock Pines. The husband, Calvin Combs, 31, was arrested for alleged domestic violence.

7:21 a.m. The reporting party called to report a burglary to her neighbor’s residence on Riverton Road in White Hall. She advised she located a ladder, broken window and items of property taken from inside residence. The 86-year-old female victim was contacted and advised.

7:44 a.m. An unknown suspect forced entry into a garage on Grass Lake Road in Christmas Valley and stole tools and a bike.

7:45 a.m. A 36-year-old female victim reported vandalism by possible known suspect(s) on Amoloc Lane in Lotus

8:00 a.m. A 29-year-old female victim reported grand theft by unknown suspect(s) on Merrychase Drive in Cameron Park.

8:00 a.m. A 46-year-old male victim reported repeated vandalism on Platt Circle in El Dorado Hills. No suspects or evidence.

9:30 a.m. A 13-year-old male juvenile battered his parents during an argument on Panorama Drive in South Lake Tahoe.

9:47 a.m. A verbal dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend took place on Montero Road in Cameron Park.

10:19 a.m. Two subjects, Vincent Rapolla, 18, and Matthew Peart, 19, were arrested and released with a citation for allegedly stealing from a retail store on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs.

3:00 p.m. A catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota 4runner on Garden Circle in Cameron Park. Suspect(s) unknown.

3:16 p.m. A suspect allegedly stole two electronic items and one soda on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs. The suspect was found to be on felony probation for burglary. The suspect, Zachary Talbott, 25, was arrested and booked into EDCJ.

5:00 p.m.
 A couple in a dating relationship were involved in a verbal altercation in on Bertella Road in Cameron Park.

June 27

9:01 a.m. 
An elderly couple had a verbal argument about kitchen dishes and cleaning on Pine Ridge Drive in Grizzly Flat.

12:20 p.m. A female subject, Heather Halverson, 21, was discovered to allegedly be under the influence of a controlled substance on Al Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe. This female subject was subsequently discovered to allegedly be in possession of a narcotic drug, heroin.

5:42 p.m. One subject, Douglas Keeter, 46, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, and for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia on Shady Lane in Placerville. Another subject, David Hayes, 42, was arrested for alleged possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, giving false identification to a peace officer, and placed on a parole hold.
