June 29

3:36 p.m. A suspect was contacted at his girlfriend’s apartment on Cambridge Road in Cameron Park. He was displaying symptoms of recent stimulant use and allegedly admitted to injecting methamphetamine two nights prior with his girlfriend. He was on searchable probation and allegedly found in possession of used syringes and a bindle of methamphetamine. He was placed under arrest.

4:00 p.m. Parts from a vehicle were taken from a residence on Melodye Court in Rescue.

5:00 p.m. A battery involving a 19-year-old female victim on Nikki Beau Lane in Shingle Springs was reported.

6:00 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) took a 43-year-old male victim’s boat tie from his buoy in South Lake Tahoe.

7:13 p.m. A male, 28, reported a neighbor, 60, had shot his cow on Black Oak Mine Road in Garden Valley. It was later found that the neighbor allegedly did in fact shoot the cow. Forward this report to animal control services.

8:23 p.m. A door was kicked in on a vacant home on Snows Road in Camino. The home was for sale and vacant. Nothing was taken. No suspect information was available.

10:16 p.m. Former spouses allegedly got into a physical altercation in Wench Creek Campground in Ice House and the female, 47, was taken to jail.

11:11 p.m. A female, 23, reported her boyfriend was allegedly holding her down and not allowing her to leave on Oak Creek Court in Cameron Park. The male was arrested for alleged domestic battery.
