Crime Log: June 29-July 1

June 29

2:08 a.m. Deputies conducted a consensual contact with two subjects in a parking lot on Cimmarron Road in Cameron Park. Sylvia Reed, 44, was allegedly found in possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was cited and released.

3:48 a.m. A 23-year-old female was the victim of grand theft on La Crescenta Drive in Cameron Park.

7:10 a.m. A dispute over trespassing and an alleged battery occurred between neighbors on White Rock Road in El Dorado Hills.

10:49 a.m. A vehicle accident with major injuries occurred on Grizzly Flat Road in Fairplay. Deputies arrived on scene and the driver was allegedly gone and reported to be at a residence. The resident was contacted and was suspected of hiding the driver. After an investigation the driver and resident were arrested for various alleged charges.

11:12 a.m. A 39-year-old male victim reported that his backpack was stolen from his unlocked vehicle on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs. He declined prosecution; however, the suspects were later contacted and arrested for alleged drug charges.

11:51 a.m.
 A subject was contacted on Skyward Lane in Placerville regarding a petty theft. The subject was subsequently arrested for alleged drug charges. 2:00 p.m. A burglary on Country Club Drive in Cameron Park was reported.

4:11 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a vacant home on Cedar Oak Road in Oak Hill and stole copper wires and pipes.

11:32 p.m. male subject was arrested on Golden Center Drive in Diamond Springs for alleged possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and an outstanding arrest warrant.

June 30

6:39 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report of a 55-year-old male suspect allegedly brandishing a firearm on Skycrest Drive in El Dorado.

6:54 a.m. A probation search of a probationer’s residence on Bonnetti Road in Shingle springs allegedly revealed drug paraphernalia. Deborah Beck, 60, Steven Gabryelski, 49, and Suzanne Steele, 56, were subsequently arrested.

7:25 a.m. A suspect got into a verbal dispute with his grandmother on Johntown Creek Road in Garden Valley. During the dispute investigation it was learned that the suspect was allegedly cultivating marijuana with the intent to distribute and sell the marijuana when harvested. An investigation is pending.

8:29 a.m. Some time during the weekend a newspaper box was stolen from the Georgetown post office parking lot and two bundles of newspapers were stolen from the area of Cool.

10:25 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report of a subject allegedly shooting close to residences on Hazel Valley Road in Pacific House. Paul Fowler, 55, was subsequently arrested. 12:00 p.m. A battery was reported on Shakedown Street in Mount Aukum.

12:23 a.m. A burglary on Product Drive in Shingle Springs was reported.

1:28 p.m. A 27-year-old gas station employee was threatened on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines in after telling a female subject, who had been previously warned to stay off the premises, that deputes were going to be called because the female subject refused to leave. The employee requested to press charges against the suspect, but she was not located in the area.

3:49 p.m. A female inmate at the county jail, Lisa Beck, 25, allegedly assaulted her ex-fiancé while they passed by each other.

July 1

3:16 a.m. Gina Mattea, 25, was arrested on Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:14 a.m. Unknown subject(s) took numerous chain saws and other items from the open garage of the 32-year-old male victim’s residence on Yellowstone Lane in El Dorado Hills.

7:44 a.m. A suspect was arrested on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs for alleged burglary and possession of narcotics. 10:30 a.m. Petty theft on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs was reported.

1:10 p.m. Laurie Liggett, 48, was arrested on Cameron Park Drive in Cameron Park for alleged misdemeanor domestic violence.

6:23 p.m. A married couple became involved in a verbal argument on Walnut Drive in Rescue, which allegedly led to mutual combat between the two. The female suffered wounds to her arms as a result. The male left prior to deputies’ arrival.

11:59 p.m. A burglary on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs was reported.
