May 1

5:15 a.m. 
A female reported being battered by a male on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines. The report was determined to be unfounded.

8:48 a.m. An unknown female took a 16-year-old male student’s wallet that was in his backpack during school hours on Oakdell Drive in El Dorado.

10:20 a.m. Adam Scott was arrested on Palmer Drive in Cameron Park for alleged possession of stolen property.

11:00 a.m. A burglary was reported on Breedlove Road in Georgetown.

1:00 p.m. A male victim found a burned arson-type parachute device on a property on Perry Creek Road in Fairplay.

2:28 p.m. Deputies responded a to petty theft report at Walmart in Diamond Springs.
 Numerous subjects entered the store and allegedly stole various items. The subjects appeared to be working in conjunction and left in the same vehicle.

3:19 p.m. A male adult was allegedly found to be in possession of an illegal substance on Highway 49 in Gold Beach. James Strauser, 26, was arrested.

3:37 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report of a battery on Highway 50 in Placerville.

4:29 p.m. 
A female subject was detained for alleged shoplifting on Missouri Flat Court in Diamond Springs. The female was cited and released at the scene.

5:00 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a 54-yearold female victim’s home on Highway 149 in Cool through the front door. The suspect(s) stole various items including guns and jewelry.

8:00 p.m. A husband and wife got into a verbal altercation on Cambria Way in El Dorado Hills, which allegedly turned physical.

8:13 p.m. Two adult males were arrested on South Street in El Dorado for active warrants, allegedly resisting and delaying an officer, and one male was charged with allegedly using a false name.

May 2

12:17 a.m. 
Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a 61-year-old female victim’s residence on French Creek Road in Shingle Springs.

12:29 a.m. A co-habitating couple have a child in common. The male allegedly struck the female, 21, while on Strickland Mine Road in El Dorado, causing injury. Macario Ramiez Aguilar, 23, was arrested for alleged domestic violence and booked into the county jail.

6:41 a.m. A 44-year-old male victim reported a vehicle burglary on Templeton Drive in El Dorado Hills.

8:15 a.m.
 A pedestrian was contacted on Coach Lane in Cameron Park after allegedly committing a traffic violation. The subject, Morgan Berry, 28, was subsequently arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine.

10:05 a.m. Peter Rose, 27, was arrested on Cambridge Road in Cameron Park for allegedly battering his girlfriend, 32, and for violating his probation.

11:00 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a telephone report of mail theft on Crusader Road in Diamond Springs.

12:30 p.m. 
A burglary to a vehicle on Blair Road in Pollock Pines was reported.

1:12 p.m. 
Deputies were dispatched to a battery report on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs.

2:00 p.m. A burglary to a vacation residence on Highway 50 in Strawberry was reported.

2:26 p.m. 
After purchasing a storage container on West El Camino Real in Mountain View, the buyer allegedly found out the seller did not own the unit but was only renting it.

5:34 p.m. Domestic abuse was reported on Badger Hill Road in Pollock Pines.

6:43 p.m. Petty theft was reported on Commerce Way in Diamond Springs.

7:28 p.m. Victims said a suspect accelerated his vehicle and drifted towards them as they were standing on side of the road with their bicycles on Tehama Drive in Tahoe Paradise.

8:05 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence without force on Highway 49 in Placerville during daylight hours and stole jewelry.

May 3

12:05 a.m. Deputies contacted and arrested Jesse King, 35, and Lisa Beck, 25, on Highway 49 in Diamond Springs. Beck 
was arrested for an outstanding warrant and King was arrested for alleged possessing drug paraphernalia, violation of a restraining order, being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of probation.

3:21 a.m. Deputies responded to a possible battery on Service Court in Diamond Springs. Upon investigation, Sherri Harris, 58, was arrested for alleged misdemeanor domestic violence and an outstanding warrant.

4:10 a.m. A burglary was reported on Four Seasons Road in Pleasant Valley.

5:17 a.m.
 Unknown suspect(s) forced entry, took laptops and then left the laptops damaged on a school property on Merrychase Drive in Cameron Park.

7:38 a.m. Casey Fogle, 32, who was involved in a family dispute on Castlebrook Road in Cameron Park, was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently arrested and booked into jail.

12:30 p.m. A burglary was reported on Clear Creek Road in Pleasant Valley.

1:24 p.m. Deputies contacted an adult female, who was on probation, on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs. A probation search allegedly revealed her to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Raylene Cooper, 43, was subsequently arrested.

1:31 p.m. 
An adult male was allegedly under the influence of a controlled stimulant on Faith Lane in Diamond Springs.

1:58 p.m. Jennifer Holly, 33, allegedly battered her husband, 35, on Edgehill Drive in El Dorado Hills by spitting in his face and pushing him down. She was arrested and booked into the jail.

5:59 p.m. An adult male and female reported a burglary happened on Grizzly Flat Road in Fairplay while they were being married and suspect information was provided

8:00 p.m. A boyfriend and girlfriend were allegedly in a physical argument on Francisco Drive in El Dorado Hills. The male was allegedly determined to be the dominant aggressor and was arrested.

8:07 p.m. Contact was made with Jacob Privett, 31, on Broadway Drive in Placerville. Privett was allegedly found to be under the influence of a stimulant. He was arrested and transported to county jail.
