May 22

1:27 a.m. Deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery at a residence on Cameron Park Drive in Cameron Park. The alleged male aggressor, Scott Moore, 54, was arrested without incident.

2:21 a.m.A male suspect on Sunset Lane in Shingle Springs allegedly threw a tumbler-size drinking glass at an 18-year-old female, his girlfriend. The glass allegedly struck the female in the face, causing two teeth to fall out.

7:05 a.m.A 56-year-old female victim’s vehicle window was smashed on Park Drive in El Dorado Hills and a purse with checks was stolen.

7:46 a.m. Petty theft was reported on Enterprise Drive in Diamond Springs.

11:09 a.m.Unknown suspect(s) broke a window on the 22-year-old female victim’s vehicle on Montclair Road in Cameron Park and took a bag of first-aid items.

11:32 a.m.Deputies responded to assist CHP on Carson Road in Camino. Andrew Cowger, 25, allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine 
within the last few days and showed signs/symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled stimulant. He was arrested.

2:25 p.m.A 14-year-old female juvenile was arrested on Green Valley Road in Cameron Park for a warrant.

2:30 p.m. 
A reporting party observed what she thought to be a marijuana grow inside a house in Pleasant Valley.

5:00 p.m.
 A subject allegedly entered a business on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs after being excluded from the business for life. The subject was cited and released.

5:40 p.m.A husband and wife were allegedly in a physical altercation on Camas Court in Pollock Pines. During the altercation, the wife suffered a fractured rib. The husband, John Reid, 49, was arrested for alleged domestic violence and transported to the county jail.

8:21 p.m. Two adult females were allegedly involved in a physical altercation on Garnet Road in Pollock Pines.

8:29 p.m. 
Deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery that occurred in a vehicle on Villagio Drive in El Dorado Hills.

10:21 p.m.A suspect allegedly a assaulted victim on Grizzly Mountain Drive in Tahoe Paradise, causing injuries to her head. The suspect then allegedly left a life-threatening message on the victim’s boyfriend’s phone.

May 23

4:28 a.m. Lashawn Passmore, 47, was arrested on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding arrest warrant.

6:11 a.m.Deputies responded to a report of a male subject acting erratic on Apple Creek Court in Pollock Pines. The subject, Christopher Haesler, 24, was contacted and consented to a search of his room. A glass smoking device was allegedly located amongst his belongings and he was subsequently arrested.

6:53 a.m. A burglary was reported on Pleasant Valley Road in Diamond Springs.

8:06 a.m.Joseph Harlow, 35, was arrested on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs for alleged petty theft with priors and probation violation.

10:10 a.m.A victim reported items taken from his residence on Pony Express Trail in Cedar Grove. He believed the suspect is a family member but did not wish to disclose the name.

3:25 p.m.A 62-year-old female victim’s residence on Akashic Drive in Gold Hill was burglarized.

4:00 p.m. 
Stephanie McCoy, 40, allegedly entered a business on Missouri Flat Road in Diamond Springs and used a fraudulent receipt to return merchandise she never purchased. She also allegedly assaulted store employees who attempted to detain her.

6:06 p.m.Citrus Heights PD contacted EDSO detectives after a suspect allegedly admitted to vehicle burglaries in El Dorado County. The suspect, Timothy Hance, 37, was contacted and later booked in El Dorado County. The investigation of a second suspect is ongoing.

9:37 p.m.A suspect on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines allegedly tossed ice cream on to the victim, then threw the bowl the ice cream was in at the victim. The suspect then had a can of beer, and allegedly started flicking the beer inside at the victim, and then threw the can at the victim.

10:10 p.m. Subjects were allegedly involved in a fight in a bar on Highway 49 in Coloma, which continued into the parking lot where an uninvolved party’s vehicle was damaged. One subject crashed into a fence while leaving.

May 24

3:30 a.m.A 50-year-old male victim who is dating and was engaged with the suspect, a 51-year-old male, was allegedly assaulted by him when he went to a homeless camp on Mormon Emigrant Trail in Pollock Pines to visit the suspect. The victim was allegedly hit numerous times in the face by the suspect, causing a fracture to the victim’s eye socket. The suspect also allegedly threatened to chop off the victim’s head. When the victim tried to call 911, the suspect took the phone away.

8:56 a.m.A married couple was allegedly involved in a physical altercation on Jim Valley Road in Pleasant Valley. The male half was allegedly determined to be the dominant aggressor and was placed under arrest.

9:01 a.m. 
Loss prevention reported a female subject allegedly entered Walmart in Diamond Springs, retrieved a bag of dog food, went to the customer service center and returned the dog food for money, without ever paying for the dog food.

9:01 a.m.A 53-year-old male victim reported that someone cut the catalytic converter from his vehicle during the night on Halifax Way in El Dorado Hills.

10:53 a.m. 
The reporting party reported unknown subjects have been trespassing onto his property on Black Ridge Road in Garden Valley over the last few weeks and tampering with things around the house and yard.

12:41 p.m.Deputies were dispatched to a theft call of a vehicle part on Meadow Lane in Cameron Park.

7:25 p.m.Deputies were dispatched to an alleged in-progress domestic violence incident on De Sabla Road in Cameron Park. Deputies observed visible injuries to a 62-year-old female victim’s neck. The victim’s husband, William Weatherly, 62, was subsequently arrested.

7:44 p.m. 
A male subject was arrested on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

8:16 p.m.Suspects allegedly shot an air soft gun at a 9-year-old female victim on Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills. The victim did not sustain any visible injuries.

9:16 p.m.A traffic stop was conducted on Ulenkamp Road in Rescue for an alleged equipment violation.
 Michael Lamont Jr., 26, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:31 p.m. A 23-year-old male victim reported an unknown male assaulted him on a bike trail near Old Depot Road in Diamond Springs.
