Crime Log — Sept. 24-26

Sept. 24

3:24 a.m. Deputies responded to a report of subjects allegedly smoking a controlled substance in a vehicle on Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs. Following contact and an investigation, both individuals, Cody Pryor, 24, and Shawn-Scott Bernard, 23, were arrested on outstanding warrants and multiple drug charges.

4:58 a.m. Two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, were contacted walking on the shoulder of Highway 50 in Meyers. They were subsequently cited and released to their group home for alleged curfew violation and providing false ID to a peace officer.

6:37 a.m. A toddler let himself out of an apartment on Cimmarron Road in Cameron Park while his mother was asleep. A report was taken to document the incident.

10:58 a.m. Ralph Thomure, 56, was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance on Highway 49 in Placerville.

11:40 a.m. A 55-year-old male victim reported mail theft by unknown suspect(s) on Big Oak Road in Oak Hill.

12:21 p.m. A friend of the 33-year-old male victim from Cool allegedly sold or gave away victim’s firearms without the victim’s permission.

1:40 p.m. The 53-year-old female subject reported grand theft and forgery on Cimmarron Road in Cameron Park.

1:48 p.m. Deputies responded to a possible attempted burglary report on Berry Road in Cameron Park.

6:30 p.m. 
The reporting party from Diamond Springs received a package that contained two bags of marijuana and turned them into the Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 25

7:43 a.m. A 17-year-old male juvenile was cited for alleged possession of tobacco and smoking paraphernalia on Garden Valley Road in Garden Valley.

7:43 a.m. A 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested and booked into juvenile hall for allegedly possessing an illegal knife on school grounds on Garden Valley Road in Garden Valley.

10:53 a.m. Two citizens reported unknown suspect(s) ransacked an unoccupied trailer on Rock Creek Road in Placerville and stole numerous personnel affects from their trailer and surrounding storage areas.

Sept. 26

6:45 a.m. 
A victim reported petty theft by unknown suspect(s) on Dunnwood Drive in El Dorado Hills.

8:26 a.m. Hector Torres, 26, was arrested for allegedly violating a restraining order on Friday Avenue in South Lake Tahoe.

9:30 a.m. A victim reported vandalism on Lime Kiln Road in Diamond Springs. No one was seen or heard.

Sept. 27

11:57 a.m. The reporting party called to report the victim, her 15-year-old son son, had run away from Red Robin Road in Placerville. School employees advised the reporting party that the victim was last seen with another student getting off the bus at a different bus stop. The victim’s information was entered into runaway system.

12:30 p.m. 
A male adult was reported missing from Highway 193 in Kelsey. There are no risk factors or suspicious circumstances.

2:07 p.m. A 
bullet was found on the ground of a school campus quad area on Harvard Way in El Dorado Hills.

7:29 p.m. A female and a male engaged in a verbal argument on Norman Way in Camino. The male was contacted outside and allegedly showed obvious signs of intoxication. Broc Lucero, 23, was arrested and booked on suspicion of public intoxication.

9:23 p.m. The suspect, Samantha Kaksonen, 19, was contacted during a consensual contact on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines and later cited and released for alleged possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
