Crime Log — Sept. 3

Sept. 3

12:27 a.m. A male subject, Matthew Boyle, 33, was cited for allegedly driving on a suspended license on Ice House Road in Ice House.

12:35 a.m. A male subject, Fred Harney, 59, was contacted and subsequently arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance on Highway 49 in Placerville.

1:17 a.m. A cohabitating couple was in a verbal dispute on Marshall Court in Mont Meadows. No crime was reported.

3:30 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to a report of vandalism on Pedro Hill Road in Pilot Hill. Unknown suspect(s) forced open two community mailboxes. It was unknown if mail theft occurred.

8:00 a.m.
 Deputies responded to a domestic argument report on Snows Road in Camino.

10:56 a.m.
 Deputies were dispatched to a call of civil disagreement on Bucks Bar Court in Pleasant Valley.

2:21 p.m.
 Unknown suspect(s) forced open locked community mailboxes on Tegra Road in Cool. It is unknown if mail was stolen from the mailboxes.

3:16 p.m. A resident of an apartment on La Canada Drive in Cameron Park reported that items were stolen from his home during the days in which a roommate was being evicted. During the course of the investigation a deputy sheriff found a suspect, Shaun Keegan, 27, to allegedly be in possession of a controlled substance and arrested him.

3:20 p.m. A suspect was contacted as the driver during a traffic stop on Church Street in Georgetown. He appeared nervous and indicated he had used methamphetamine a few months prior. He was allegedly found in possession of a bindle of methamphetamine and was allegedly driving on a suspended license. The suspect, Robert Lee, 69, was arrested and booked.

4:42 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a residential burglary on Carson Road in Camino. Deputies investigated the scene and later documented the incident.

5:18 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted on Mormon Emigrant Trail in the El Dorado National Forest attempting to locate a subject allegedly vandalizing the road. The driver, Joshua Hansen, 31, was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for both violations.

5:20 p.m. A subject, Daniel Scaggs, 45, was arrested for alleged public intoxication on Silver Drive in Diamond Springs.

6:45 p.m. 
A telephone call to Wochanga Way in Placerville was reported to be an alleged violation of a domestic violence restraining order.

9:59 p.m. Deputies made a traffic stop for expired vehicle registration on Pony Express Trail in Pollock Pines. The male driver, 43, was determined to allegedly have a suspended driver’s license. The driver was cited and released at the scene.

10:14 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to an alleged attempted residential burglary on Wood Mar Drive in El Dorado Hills.

11:16 p.m. 
A male subject, Mitchell Olsen, 32, was issued a citation for allegedly driving without a drivers license.
