Justin Leubbers of Moen Machinery is a pot smoking con man who rips off little old ladies and overcharges for all service work. Justin Luebbers of Moen Machinery should be locked up and behind bars for his criminal acts. He was arrested in 2009 for the BB gun death's of 5 puppies he buried in the ground up to their necks for target practice. Shame on You Cindy for raising such a bad kid.
