You'd think, or at least hope, that with the current forming drought, that Gov Moonbeam might forego the high speed boondoggle, and switch gears to work on something important. Don't we go through this scenario every 10 years or so? How about putting some smart minds together, and come up with a fix for the growing water problem in this state? 38 million residents and counting! Maybe they can figure a way to use the high speed rail to flash deliver snow from the Great White North on a continuing basis. C'mon Jerry!
