   You want the “story”… I will give ya the story….not the false allegations that are sending an innocent man to prison…but the real facts. I have watched this “story” unfold for the past 12 or 13 years. I will be posting to this story on a regular basis…. I really wonder what this world is coming to when a 61 year old man who has no criminal record is drug through the most degrading accusations by his 15 year old granddaughter and the ex son in law who has his own vengeful agenda, with no evidence to support these allegations except the word of a teenager…..There are all these laws made to protect the “victims”….but what about the falsely accused defendants? What laws are in place to protect their rights? So much for innocent until proven guilty! When I observed all the information that was not given to the jurors…I am shocked….I do not believe that I could ever sit on a jury now….because I would not know if I was getting all of the information necessary to be fair to the defendant!

   I’m appalled by the lack of ethics exhibited in this news brief. First a dejected picture of Fritz is posted with no story, then a brief teaser inserted the next day. I have known Fritz for nearly 14 years. The real issue isn’t so much his guilt or innocence (not to infer that it isn’t important). What matters most is our broken “injustice” system and the unscrupulous media manipulators who stoop lower than a snake’s belly for the sake of attracting readers like flies to dung heap. The public has been duped. It’s all about power, control and GREED for the almighty $$$. Don’t fall for the cheap tricks demonstrated by this tabloid SCAM. Let’s focus on demanding TRUTH, honor and ethics in journalism.

   There has been a lot of speculation and “here say” on these allegations. Yes, a jury convicted Fritz. This does not make these allegations true! If one were to sit in the court room through out this whole trial then when “the victim” made her statement then everyone needs to know that the whole statement was “here say” because there is absolutely no evidence to support these allegations. So when you form your opinion….ask yourself this, If your granddaughter was to accuse you of this type of a crime and you were arrested and brought to trial, would you think that it was ever possible that you could be convicted just on her words alone? So the pain and suffering of this whole family is huge!!! Just for a minute put yourself in the defendants shoes….imagine that it is you who has been falsely accused and convicted of a crime of this nature…you have lost your freedom, your reputation, your career, and everything that you have worked all your life for….based on the statement of your granddaughter. So try walking around town with that cloud over your head….knowing that you never ever would even consider committing these lewd acts with any child let alone your own granddaughter. Most of us are embarrassed to talk about masturbation let alone be accused of this, tried and convicted and now sentenced….for a crime you did not commit…..there is a lot of people saying a lot of terrible things….but You put yourself in this innocent man’s shoes and spend a day in his life….then tell me where your empathy lays.
