EDITOR:
On Dec. 20, 2012, Anthony Dumont would have turned 31 years old. On July 20, 2008, his life was cut short when he was murdered by Morris Greenberg, who is currently serving a 50-year-to-life sentence for his crime.
Anthony will be remembered for his gentle nature and great smile, for his love of the simple things in life — the outdoors, fishing, hunting, darts, or just hanging out with friends. He loved his family and life itself. He was a person you liked as soon as you met him.
As an employee, he took pride in his work. As a friend, he was trustworthy and a real pleasure to be around. He would always be there to give a helping hand if needed. He was a great person who will be missed very much.
As we drink a toast to Anthony on his birthday, we will share our memories of him. Anthony will always live on in our hearts.
From his friends from Newtown Firearms.
