Applied common sense solutions

EDITOR:

In the wake of the unspeakable events that transpired during the Boston Marathon one has to wonder why the outcry for common sense is going unheard by our politicians. The knee-jerk reaction coming out of the mainstream media was the accusations of a “terrorist,” al-Qaeda related, then quickly it switched to right-wing radicals and finally North Korean subversives planted bombs at the finish line of the event, killing and maiming hundreds of innocents.

Yesterday the truth came out. The devices that exploded were pressure cookers. There were at least two pressure cookers that went off a few feet apart that were responsible for the explosions.

Let me be the first person to demand that all pressure cookers be licensed, taxed and registered before being purchased here in America. There should be a rigorous training course on the use of the dangerous devices before someone would be allowed to operate a pressure cooker.

We as a society need to take a stand against the ignorant backwards haters who belong to the TAA (Tailgaiters Association of America), and tell them for the safety of every American that pressure cookers need to be band at sporting events. They can still use a more safety-conscience Crock-Pot to cook their food. It just takes a few hours longer. Many people have evolved and have no desire or need for the pressure cooker today. So I say for the future of not just ourselves but our children, stand up to the evil TAA and say no more to pressure cookers in our lifetime.

Bad news for the leftist media today. Their wish that the perps were white, anti-government types looks to have not transpired. A couple of young islamists, foreign born. My guess is they will undermine obama's hopes to give citizenship to millions of illegals. I guess we don't use the adjective "illegal" anymore, they are undocumented democrats. I am curious to learn whether or not they had ties to the occupy parasites.

First of all we need to establish pressure cooker free-zones. Then we need to look seriously at high capacity military style assault pressure cookers. Universal background checks are only the first step to banning pressure cookers altogether. Pressure cookers are not protected under the Bill of Rights. Those who wrote the Bill of Rights only had cast iron pots. Pressure cookers manufacturers cannot escape some responsibility and have an obligation to the public for the sake of the children. The National Pressure Cooker Association (NPCA) is responsible for this. The pressure cooker lovers and pressure cooker nuts are trying to create paranoia by spreading conspiracy theories of government coming for your pressure cookers. Those who don’t support legislation to ban assault pressure cookers have no conscience.

Ken, based on the near communist legislators we have in California , they are no doubt already working on a bill to confiscate all pressure cookers without serial numbers, drive all manufacturers of pressure cookers out of California, make all manufacturers of new pressure cookers apply stamped serial numbers, force all buyers of new pressure cookers to submit to background checks and register their new pressure cookers, for a fee of course. All pots with "rims" that could be "turned into pressure cookers" will have to be turned in. No pressure cookers would be allowed to be handed down to family members and then of course we will have to put a bunch of otherwise unemployed illegal immigrants to work as Pressure Inspectors Secret Servants Of Federal Fools ( known as PISSOFFs).

The younger brother is still on the run, but if he is caught alive he can look forward to teaching at one of our universities of 'repeat after me', like some of obama's buddies. http://pjmedia.com/blog/weather-women-in-academia-terror-teachers/

The leftist media has chosen the term “very religious” to describe these two murders. Yet when a Christian supports the 2nd Amendment the leftist media refers to them as "right wing religious extremist".

Miranda or not -- they have him cold. What Boston jury would find him not guilty? Rule for domestic (or foreign) terrorists -- don't wear you cap backwards so the cameras can get a clear shot of your face.

Apparently he may not have been given his Miranda rights -- there is an exception that allows the Feds to question him without Miranda and then use his statements in a trial. Haven't heard of this exception before, but it's probably part of the Patriot Act.

White hat will plead was physicaly coerced by local jihad cell lead by his 'wacked' brother. He will write a book, doing 18 months solitary with a prayer mat, and like Cookie said will be teaching at Dartmouth in five.

Here's my speculation: If he is tried by MA he will get life in prison without parole (no death in MA), but he will be killed in prison for killing the little boy and injuring the other little children. If he is tried in Federal Court, he will get death (yes, the Feds have death). Well deserved either way.
