Appreciate EMTs

By From page A5 | November 05, 2012

EDITOR: I hate government At almost every level. Throughout my entire life, both personally and professionally, I have lived through acts of corruption and idiocy that most people would marvel at.

However, I cannot say enough about the professional conduct and humane behavior of our local EMT/Ambulance/Air-Ambulance, Fire and LEOs. Due to my medical condition, I am exposed to these folks on a regular basis, and they are frequently tasked with saving my life, or ensuring my survival until they can get me to a proper medical facility.

In all of my experiences and interactions with these folks, every one of them has been professional, efficient and humane. If the rest of government were going to take tutoring lessons in the art-of-good-management, these life-saving professionals would be a great place to begin.
