Is he the conservative he seems or is this just a smoke screen?
Is he the fiscal manager the Mountain Democrat portrays him to be, or just another elected official feathering his nest?
When his two BFF supervisors were termed out and Tahoe’s supervisor was leaving for medical reasons, Harn mastered minded (with the help of his BFFs) a 48% wage increase for himself and them.
I did not see any letter of indignation on his part of excessive salary increases.
It is amazing what you can master-mind in a bar in the afternoon on county time with two friends.

On one hand you cost us taxpayers, let’s say, several hundred thousand for your “Department of Worthless Services” and you really think we should be happy you saved us ten grand? This BS of one government entity dictating what cannot be reduced is one of the reasons so many taxpaying citizens despise all of you. Business will cut when times are hard because they must. You jokers just hide behind your self-made BS mandates to avoid cuts you should be making. And you really think we are dumb enough to buy that crap? Do us a favor, Just pack up and get out.
