Carol Patton was AGAINST the 1/4 of 1 percent sales tax that was suppose to alleviate the increase in Sewer and Water costs. Carol Patton was FOR and a driving supporter of the Roundabout which was KILLED by the local business community of Placerville because the Roundabout was a BOONDOGGLE. Carol Patton has been a disaster for Placerville.
