I just watched Obama’s speech on gun control and noticed that afterwards Obama walked to where representatives from various police and sheriff’s departments stood….Obama reached out to each one to shake hands, most did, but some obviously refused to shake has hand, some turned away, others wouldn’t even make eye contact…..Oops……..

Evelyn, I can only comment on the possible meaning of Communitarian. My guess is that Communitarian does not refer to Communism, but rather to Community. As for the movie reference? Could it mean that Obama won and that he would now fight back against the Tea/Republicans in his second term? As for your balance, your referenced sites are overwhelming far right — as example, the site you referenced concerning Communitarian is from Breitbart. Not exactly a balanced site would you say?

I didn’t fly at 5,000 feet spraying gunfire on just anyone. I flew at 20 feet and could see the soldiers I engaged rather than women and children. I’m not so sure Van Jones is a Communist — after all he was “outed” as a Communist by Glenn Beck. What does that tell you? Over the years on this site I been called a radical Marxist Communist, etc., etc. I am, of course, not. Just a liberal. I killed Communists in Vietnam. Now, I wouldn’t have done that if I were a Communist, would I? So, if I’m not a Communist, perhaps Van Jones is also not a Communist. Or, do you really believe that nut case Glenn Beck? The Van Jones house parties were hosted by volunteers through MoveOn.org. To attend, one simply had to sign up. It existed and happened and one such party was hosted by the Garon’s. I do not have the time nor the inclination to make up lies and then waste time posting those lies. The ones to be frightened of are those who wish to disarm their fellow man. There is much literature behind the founders’ reasoning. We have the Bill of Rights which codifies our God given rights to preserve and defend our life and liberty. Those who wish to deny us those rights would be the “extremists”. Please read up on what happened after Hitler and Chairman Mao disarmed their countrymen. Finally, simply because one does not believe something, does not make it not so. The truth will still exist. A lie is still a lie, no matter how many times it is said. May God bless and protect those officials who have sworn to defend the Constitution and actually do so. PS The police Chief in San Diego agrees with Obama and has stated that if politicians do it correctly, Americans could be fully disarmed in one generation. Registration then confiscation.
