I am surprised and most disappointed in the El Dorado County Democratic Party’s decision to endorse Dr. Richard Boylan’s candidacy for the Motherlode School District Board of Education. Did they really Vet this man?
Dr. Boylan is the Director of the Star Kids Project, Ltd. The “Star Children” theories are embraced by those who believe and sell the idea that alien beings abduct (sleeping) humans, invade their bodies, specifically their reproductive organs which they fiddle with, then return the abductees to their homes. These adults are referred to as “Star seeds” and they produce “Star children.” Star children can be identified says Dr. Boylan by their advanced physical and mental skills, if examined by a qualified person, such as he.
Dr. Boylan’s license to practice clinical psychology in the State of California was revoked by the California Board of Psychology on October 31, 1996.
Dr. Boylan has for the most part successfully employed the emerging computing techniques that seek out negative information on an individual and then re-direct efforts to connect to the sites with negative information to a dead end site. But, because of the large amount of negative Internet postings regarding Dr. Boylan much information can be gathered on him. See his own Website, Drboylan.com, for starters.
In our great country each of us have the right to be kooky … even downright nutty. That does not mean the mainstream citizenry should elevate these kooky nuts to positions of influence and power such as leaders on our Boards of Education.
The Democratic Party may endorse whom they wish. Do they really wish to endorse this candidate?

To Cuzin Phil: Do unto others.... Dr Boylan is active in the EDC Democratic Party and has become somewhat of a candidate in search of an office, thus the endorsement. The Dr. is one of five running for two open seats. I do not believe that the MLUSD has any real say in who applies to run for a Board seat.

Observation -The EDC Democrat Party is so fortunate to have such an illuminating and bright star by which to navigate. Is it possible that cuzin Brian is a star child? I'd bet on it!

Richard Boylan is not only a female patients abuser but a child abuser and a fraudulent catholic priest. He was arrested twice and forced to leave the church. Something more below. Richard Boylan, former California psychologist who had his state psychology license revoked over allegations of improper sexual interaction with female patients in his hot tub (hydro 'therapy'?). Claims to have been the confidant of the late 'government MJ-12 insider' Michael Wolf (another proven fraud). Boylan now conveniently claims to have been gifted with a brand new and, no surprise, anonymous 'inside source.' Also rode the American Indian 'Star People' mythos for several years and claims to know of secret government/UFO testing spots in Nevada desert. Has engaged in countless character assassinations against UFO researchers who disagree with him. Is now planning to hold a summer camp for "star kids" - children who are alleged to have been genetically-altered by aliens (aka: money-in-my-pocket). Parents everywhere should beware... Thank you Phillip Veerkamp for keeping a light shinning on this despictable character. I thought the Mt. Democrat would have picked up the ball and run on this one. Silly me. Just because the background on this Yahoo Boylan is old news to some does not mean it is not important information to get into the hands of the voters in the Mother Lode School District. Richard Boylan is endorsing a Chuck Wolfe for school board. That runs a red flag right off. Then I check and find out that Wolfe is President and CEO of the gay and lesbian victory fund. A group focused on changing America through the election process.

Phil, No I don't. It's nice that so many are running for Mother lode school board. When I ran on fo my kids school board I was the only one running. I need to check the Chuck Wolf out more because now the google search has completely changed and I don't want to hurt someon who only wants to serve. When I checked two weeks ago this was the second thing that popped up http://www.victoryfund.org/our_story/board_biosIf this is the same guy then he needs to be stopped.

Very poor judgment on the part of the democrats. Such weirdness has been and should remain the purview of the tea bag party. Of course the republicans are not immune to making nutty choices either. Believe it or not, they even had Ken Steers as a leader at one time!

Chuck Wolfe is not the President and CEO of The Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund. You should really be more careful about your research. I guess you follow the tradition of Mitt Romney...shoot first and aim later.

You asked, “Did they really Vet this man?” You closed with, “Do they really wish to endorse this candidate?” I think we have an answer. The answer is: The EDC Democrat Party does not care.
