It’s his homework to come with the the 42 items showing President Obama to be Socialist, et al. Common practice of Mr Martin, makes claim and wants us to do the homework proving his own claim.

Warning: Diatribe follows, just for the heck of it… There you go again, Jack. All jacked-up about some reference, in this case a list provided by none other than Cleon Skousen, a name that I’m sure will ring bells for many people. I mean, not any people. A “faith based political theorist” and a Bircher. I don’t even know where you find this stuff. …. Yes, I believe Obama to be a centrist. Frankly I think his chief flaw has been to be overly accommodating to his opposition (that is, where he’s not 100% blocked by fringe-lunatic nay-sayers in Congress). A Socialist would have nationalized the banks in a crisis. A Socialist would have taken the insurance companies completely out of the mix in healthcare, immediately reducing costs. A Socialist would see to it that the price of gas in CA is the same as it is in Arkansas. The man is not a Socialist, or a Commie, or even particularly liberal.

Catherine and Rob made comments to the effect that in no way could Obama be a Socialist. So I presented a list, proffered by the US Congress, excerpted from the book “The Naked Communist”, as a comprehensive descriptor of what constitutes a socialist/communist. Not from MY perspective, but from the US Congress, circa 1963. It has 45 items. IMO, 42 of them have either come fully to fruition or are well on their way. Regarding Obama, I asked someone to pick one example, just ONE, from the entire list and tell me how Obama has ever spoken against it or legislated against it. Just one. Not a 2/3 majority, not a plurality, just ONE item from the list. I thought that proposition was simple enough…

Don’t you have a computer right in front of you? For once in your life, could you do your own homework? Why can’t you ever just look up something for yourself? Have you ever done your own research on anything?. Don’t you know how to navigate the web?. Everyone else on the planet who owns a computer seems to be able to research their own facts except for you..It’s easy, even all those Tea/Republicans you can’t stop thinking about can do it, come on give it a try. I can see only about 3 that are NOT actively engaged and in-process. So, with regard to Obama being a Socialist/Communist…. look at the list and tell us ONE item on it that he is actively against or vocally opposed to, and I will reconsider my own belief that he is a Socialist/Communist.

One of the reasons obama failed so miserably in the debate was because he was not permitted to venture into his traditional long winded, say nothing diatribe with which he typically uses on the people who are easily impressed with empty words. It is common with leftist, the less they have to say the more words it takes them. On the other hand the most effective way to communicate with a liberal is to use as many single syllable words as possible.
