Disappointed at Measure L’s loss

By From page A5 | November 12, 2012

EDITOR: I was extremely disappointed at the lopsided defeat of Measure L, which would have helped guarantee access to written materials by our children and fellow citizens.

To those who voted against this, what did you need that $20 a year for? Did you need it for gas for your oversized pickup truck? Or to buy more bullets?

Don’t you realize that an educated and well versed citizenry does more to strengthen and protect our country that all of your guns put together?
