Over 50% of EID customers were required to mail in a protest to the last rate hike in order to stop it. EID knows that people are too busy trying to make a living, or are just plain ignorant to take such action. Then EID comes out with it’s newsletter praising itself on the good work it has done, and that customers overwhelmingly agreed to the rate hike since there was little protest. What a bunch of bull. We have to vote these jerks out of office.
