That said, I wouldn’t downplay the road condition as simply an “inconvenience” but I do appreciate the response. I understand the temperature requirements for paving but maybe the project planners should have had a little more foresight and not started the project during the coldest part of the year. Again, thank you for the response.

The repairs made over the last several months are temporary repairs. The final paving is anticipated to occur in April when temperatures warm up to El Dorado County requirements.
