Mr Jakowatz. I am not sure that someone at the GM level would know about the website. From a marketing standpoint, the Executives did not know what we put out to the public in our company. Additionally, it takes a year or more to get a site approved and coded to get online. Not sure whey they started their revamp, but it is not an overnight thing. The new site uses a content management system. This will take some time to get set up so that all the documents that were on the old site are available in the system. I would think they are working on adding that information over time, but it does take work. Have you contacted them regarding the site to see when the old docs will be available? Just keep in mind, you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar! Visitors who cannot find specific content from the old site that they are interested in are encouraged to notify EID by sending a message to website@eid.org.
