As an artist–I am touched by the artists gifts. What many do not know–unless one has taken that class…the bowl represents one of the basic needs in life–nourishment. Many cultures have different “bowls”–some use just large leaves–and others beautiful porcelain. But for water–to main course–their are a vessel of life. It represents journeys, marriages, and the womb. What a great great to help people remember to help the hunger of others. I hope other communities follow this lead. Food,friends,music…and a gift of continuance. Nice job to everyone involved.
